Get to know Nobuko

Hi! Welcome! My name is Nobuko Ide, and I am an acupuncturist and yoga instructor in Los Angeles.

A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, and I made my way to the states in my 20s. For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in alternative medicine and particularly traditional Oriental medicine. I graduated from Emperor's College in Santa Monica, CA, and I have trained under some of the most well-known acupuncturists in the country. I am a California-certified and nationally certified acupuncturist specializing in dermatology. I achieved the TCM Certificate of Dermatology under Mazin Al-Khafaji's Diploma Course. I currently hold my own practice while also receiving Chinese herbal training from my mentor, Hua-bing Wen L.Ac, D.O.M.

Aside from acupuncture, I am also a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. I currently teach private yoga lessons in LA and zoom in between treating my patients. I enjoy helping and teaching others how to get the most out of life through good health and spiritual understanding. Thank you for visiting my website!
